Shipping

• We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we can’t guarantee firm delivery dates or times. 
• We only ship within Australia (domestic).
• Our products are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
• Perishable items will be vacuum sealed.
• Pickup is available on some products (see product information).

Returns & Refunds

• We hope that you never need to return anything you have purchased from us!
• Should you make an error when ordering online, please email us immediately - info@panaceadistillery.com.au
• Original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 30 days of receipt
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back.

• We will only use your information with your consent when we send you marketing materials by email, text or post, depending on your marketing preferences.
• You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
• When we send you communications by email or other electronic means, we will always give you the option to unsubscribe in the message itself.
